<p>MN-Profiel coorperated with Botau Metaal Bewerking and Staal frame techniek and launched a profiling company in Nigeria. The target is to supply steel frame structures, composed of C-profiles to local construction companies. The following advantages have a steel frame construction compared to a wooden structure: more lasting than a wooden frame but still cheaper to realize, good resistance to earthquakes, and especially in hot or humid countries not affected by dry rot or termites.</p>

Maximum load: 18000 kg</h5>
<p>Floor systems with cold rolled profiles are used for a longer time. Advantages of this system: light weight and no barriers to pipe work. However, this system also has disadvantages; there is a lot of time required for finishing work. Finishing the underside is often done with drywall. Due to the fire protection a double layer of drywall is required. With under suspended concrete the fire safety is more than enough and there is almost no finishing work required. This makes the floors in one step fire safe and almost no finishing work. The destructive test showed that the maximum permissible weight is more than enough. </p>
